Model Hannah Saul is undeniably gorgeous – she has a face that will stop you in your tracks and a body to die for. However, not being content with just being really, really ridiculously good-looking, she is also an inspiring and driven young woman. She is a huge health and fitness advocate is set to launch Mind Body and Saul, a website and app, sharing her passion for living a healthy lifestyle. So, in other words, she is a total knockout on all levels with her beauty just being a reflection of her personality - complete girl crush material.
Hannah was sweet enough to share some of her tips on healthy living, her own fitness regime and also revealed what her guilty pleasure is.
What advice or tips do you have for someone who wants to start living a healthier lifestyle?
My advice for someone who wants to start living a healthier lifestyle is not to be super strict on yourself, you still need to able to eat and enjoy the things you love. The biggest thing I find is to find a happy balance within your diet & exercise routine, start off with what you know is achievable for you and your current lifestyle. Write down your goals, plan your week ahead and get a training buddy so you can't skip out on training because you 'don't feel like it'. With someone by your side to motivate you, you'll be less likely to fall into old habits with lack of exercise, bad diet etc.
Can you take us through your fitness regime and diet?
Working in an industry where I always have to be swimwear ready I constantly have to be on top of my exercise and diet. I love to wake up and go for a run or fast walk first thing in the morning to start the day with a clear mind. I then hit the gym for a workout whether it be Pilates or strength and resistance training. I have a personal trainer I see weekly and am always finding new ways to mix up my exercise routine especially now the weather is warming up. It is so motivational for me to be outdoors whilst working out as opposed to being inside a gym 5 times a week!
I am not super strict with my diet, but I know what works for my body and what doesn't. I try to stick to the 80/20% rule. I avoid any foods that bloat me, make me crash and burn or even make my skin break out. I love cooking at home so I know exactly what is going into my meals and buying fresh produce from the local markets is always a must!
What motivates and inspires you?
The love I have every day for waking up and hitting the pavement or going to the gym to constantly be the best version of myself is second to none and has allowed me to look and feel my best from the inside out. The one person that inspires me the most is my mother who whilst even in her 50's still has an insane passion for living her life to its fullest every single day. She is constantly on the go and never sits still! Just this year she ran a half marathon with me, was selected to represent Australia playing Hockey and constantly keeps me on my toes when we train together! I can only hope at her age I look and feel like her!
What is your approach to skincare and beauty?
I try to keep my skincare range consistent as I know what works for me and what I love. In summer i definitely focus on products that contain SPF. I exfoliate regularly, I love face masks and a great fruity scented body moisturiser to top it off.
What can we expect to see from Mind Body and Saul?
Mind Body and Saul is everything from my training programs designed by myself and my personal trainer which will be in the MBS training app, beginner to advanced, at home or in the gym, toning or weight workouts we have everyone covered looking whatever your desired results may be.
There will be a series of eBooks which are all vegan, gluten free, dairy free recipes as we are aware of how health conscious a lot of people have become so we have created all the naughty treats and meals you love and made them super healthy!

What has been the most rewarding thing you have ever done?
The most rewarding thing I have ever done is Mind Body and Saul, to be able to motivate and inspire young girls around the world to live their best life and look & feel their best from the inside out is everything to me. The response we have received so far over social media from young girls around the globe is incredible. I make a conscious effort to interact and connect personally through my social networks to allow them to ask me any questions regarding my training, eating and also giving them an insight into my personal and work life which I feel gives that point of difference.
Something people might not know about you?
The one thing most people don't know about me is I have a serious chocolate addiction! If I could I would eat chocolate for breakfast lunch and tea haha. It's the one thing I have to really discipline myself with. Max Brenner is my ultimate place to go for a chocolate fix!
Do you have any guilty pleasures?
Gym clothes! It's all I seem to splurge on. Mostly because I believe that when you are wearing something you love and looks great on you, you just feel better. I am in it every day so why not?! I hardly ever spend money on high heels and dresses, you will be sure to find me buying Asics and crop tops haha!
What is the best advice you have been given?
The best advice I have ever been given is to look after your body, respect yourself and just generally be a good person as a whole.
